An automatic fine of $100 will be assessed for gross violations of the Rules and Regulations. These included, but are not limited to: glassware inside the pool fence areas; the riding of bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, motorized scooters, skateboards, skates, roller-blades, go-carts, or similar vehicles, etc. in the common area; excessive speed in driveways, parking lots, etc.; failure to yield the right of way to pedestrians; vandalism; deliberate destruction of Association property, including plants, trees, shrubs, etc.; and graffiti.

In addition, an automatic fine of $100 will be assessed for dumping excessive or non-household trash (such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, sofas, industrial trash, etc.) PLUS cost of removal.
